At a point I started to look at my self and said it was time for a change, I would try and workout myself but that wouldn’t always work out but I never gave up! So I said I’m not getting any younger and 40 is around the corner, I always let my workout partner’s hold me back but I took pride in myself and knew what I can do and I took a leap of faith and I’m now on to a healthy me and feeling great and loving me!
