The Mission
I am a high-energy Certified Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer with a Master’s Degree in Social Work and the experience of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds for over 25 years. My professional training as a Social Worker has afforded me the opportunity to correlate the importance of activity as it relates to an individual’s mental health status.
I am an energetic 68 + year old that finds joy in assisting clients in obtaining optimal health and fitness life changing goals.I encourage and support clients to take care of themselves spirituality, mentally, physically and creatively.
I use a holistic fitness approach, finding a routine according to a client’s fitness level, age and goals which incorporates cardiovascular and strength training, and emphasize the importance of flexibility and balance for total physical wellness nutrition.
I have also found that once we start to look at ourselves differently and realize that when we look good you will feel better about yourself and then you will be able to help others.
